Managing and Growing Tech-Driven Entrepreneurial Co-Operatives

As part of LAMID Consulting’s passion for social development, strategic access was given to Lagos State Cooperatives on our entrepreneurial management knowledge and advisory programs – ‘Managing and Growing Tech-Driven Entrepreneurial Co-Operatives’ by continuously supporting over 300 Lagos State Cooperatives since 1989 – across agriculture, agro-processing, events management, fashion, cottage manufacturing, and the services sectors. Given the sheer demand size – over 3000 trained and assisted with advisory, scaling such enterprises was a major area that offered significant learning.
